How many hours are the workshops?
There are different lengths of workshops. Check the Essential Information section of the workshop you are interested in for the duration.
Where can I find a full list of the workshops that you host?

I am interested in attending one of your workshops but I don’t see it on the calendar. How often do you update the calendar of workshops available?
We update the calendar as soon as we add a new workshop or make any changes to workshop dates. If there is a workshop that you would like to recommend to us, please fill out the form here...
Location & Getting Here
Where are the workshops held?
The workshops are all held in central Singapore. When you sign up for a workshop we will send you all the address details.
Is there an MRT station that I can use to get to the workshop?
The closest MRT station is Botanic Gardens. From there you can take a bus or a short taxi ride. To walk from the MRT would take approximately 20 minutes.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there are a few parking spaces available at The Assembly Hall.
Payments & Refunds
How can I pay for the workshop?
You can pay directly through our website via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account that's no problem, you can just checkout as a guest. Unfortunately we do not accept cash, cheque or credit cards at this time.
What is your refund policy?
In the event that you wish to cancel a workshop that you have booked through The Assembly Hall you may be entitled to a refund according to our Terms & Conditions. Please see all details here...
I have registered and paid for a workshop but now want to switch to another workshop instead.
If you have booked and paid for a workshop but change your mind and wish to attend a different workshop, you may contact us at info@theassemblyhall.com to arrange a transfer. If the workshop is within 2 weeks of the start date, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate such a change.
Do you offer discounts for multiple bookings?
Yes. We are happy to offer you a 10% discount on two workshop bookings made at the same time, or 15% discount on workshop bookings of 3 or more made at the same time. You will find the discount codes at checkout.
Special Requests
Can I book a private workshop party?
Yes. Send us an email at info@theassemblyhall.com to contact us about a private group booking.
I am a professional and would like to host a workshop. Does The Assembly Hall collaborate with others on workshops?
Yes. Please send us an email at info@theassemblyhall.com to discuss your workshop idea with us.
Workshop dates not fitting in with your busy schedule?
Please let us know if you wanted to book a workshop with us but couldn't because of the workshop day or time. We are working on our scheduling all the time and appreciate your input.
